I am glad you are here. I have been a State Farm Agent since 2010. I am not originally from Plymouth, but my daughter and I have made it our home since 2010. Many have seen my daughter grow up with me in the Agency and my team and I love that sense of community. I'd love to tell you more and hear about you someday. HOURS: Monday-Friday 9-12 and 1-5, why the break? We need to eat too! But don't worry - if you need to meet with us from 12-1 phone ahead and one of us will stay open to help you (we'll eat after). We can meet with you on the weekends or evenings by appointment; more on that later.
LANGUAGES: We speak Insurance - fluently, so you do not have to. Our goal, and focus, is making Insurance easy. Basically, if you have an insurance question – send us a text.

24/7 We are always here to help you. We can do in-person appointments to answer your questions or meet with you virtually. Yes, we do have office hours...we like fresh air, sunshine, and we spending time with our family's too – but life can get hectic and we get that - if you need an evening or weekend appointment we will be here for you - just give us a call or send us a text and we can get you scheduled to sit down with one of us.

RELATIONSHIPS DONE RIGHT: We treat everyone with respect and professionalism. We will meet you where you are comfortable - introverts of the world unite, we like to text too. Email is fine. Do you struggle with technology, feeling overwhelmed? That's okay - we like to help, stop in and we can set you up with State Farm apps. You want to be able to meet with your Agent? Pick me and my team. You don’t want to meet with your Agent? Pick me and my team. We are awesome.
INSURANCE BAGGAGE: Many have it - I see it often; bad experiences. My team and I want to help you ditch that baggage! We want you to understand your coverage's, your deductibles, and what your policy will do for you. But no worries, there will be no test.
WHY INSURANCE: We cannot predict the future and we do not have magic wands (we DO have a magic 8 ball) but we are great at personalizing plans and making sure you are covered so if there is a uh-oh you can breathe easy. Give us a chance.
HOW ARE WE THAT GOOD: We listen. We will meet you when/where/and how you are comfortable. Are you more of a face-to-face person? No problem, you can meet with me or a dedicated member of my team in person - just call in to schedule an appointment and avoid the waiting area. Not so people-y? That's okay! We can answer questions on the phone or via email. Do you have a phone phobia? You are not alone and it's perfectly okay-just let us know you prefer text or email.
